The spacious house is in the little town of Proložac Donj near Imotski in the Makarska region and is surrounded by plenty of green nature.

The extensive garden, which is fenced, has a pool, an outdoor shower and sun loungers and parasols for relaxing. The roofed terrace has two big dining tables with chairs, as well as benches and a canopy swing next to it. Next to the house there is a room with a grill and a bench for preparing meals. You can park in front of the house. Bicycles are available for active holiday-makers.

The holiday house is generous and comfortable and is spread over two floors, accommodating up to ten people. The ground floor has a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, as well as a dining table with chairs. The adjoining living room has a sofa suite, armchairs, a desk, satellite TV and a fireplace. The bedroom has a big double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom provides a shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet and washing machine. There is also a fitness room with training equipment. The other three bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the first floor. The second bedroom has a double bed, a big corner sofa and a wardrobe. The third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, a single bed and a wardrobe, while the fourth has a single bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a sofa suite. The bathroom comprises a whirlpool bath, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The whole house has air conditioning and wireless Internet access.

There are restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities in the vicinity. It is 3km to the blue and red lake, which you can get to by bike, or you can visit the towns of Baska Voda, Brela and Makarska 25km away.
