This wonderfull spacious villa is located in the picturesque village of Donji Proložac and is ideally positioned to offer true luxury, privacy and relaxation stimulated by the green landscape that surrounds it. There are several outstanding natural phenomena in the vicinity. A promenade leads around the Prološko Blato Lake, where you can walk or ride a bike. There is also a fishing lake nearby.

The two-storey villa is 300m2 with modern furnishings, bright en-suite bedrooms and first class facilities such as a 55m2 outdoor pool, gym.

The garden with terraces is large and fenced with barbecue, sun loungers and a spacious pool with a shallow section for children and hydromassage jets. For the little ones there is a children's playground with a swing, sandpit and slide. There is also the billiard, table football and table tennis table for family fun. Guests of the villa can explore the area with 5 existing bicycles.

The house is only half an hour away from the most beautiful beaches of Makarska Riviera. The magnificent Biokovo Mountain is incredibly suitable for hiking. Biokovo Nature Park has stunning scenery, wild horses and goats, the remains of old settlements, alpine plants, forests and wildflowers.

In just 10 minutes you can reach the nearest motorway, allowing you to visit all major cities in a short time. Imotski (10 minutes), Trogir (1 hour), Split (40 minutes), Zadar (1.30 hours). There are also four national parks nearby: NP Krka (1 hour), NP Plitvička jezera (3 hours). Possibility to organize quad or e-bike tours around 7 lakes just for you. In the area you can choose from many activities such as rafting, zipline over Cetina river in Omiš, horseback riding in Sinj, cultural events or nightlife in Split.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
