This holiday apartment is one of six with a sea view, for a maximum of 5 people, a five-minute walk from the town centre of Dugi Rat. The apartment is on the ground floor of the west house. It is just 50 metres from the private guest parking area right in front of the house to the beach – a very well-maintained and clean pebbled beach with two small cafes for relaxing, sunbathing and swimming. It is 6km to Omis and 20km to Split, the “capital of Dalmatia”.

Our apartments have quality interiors, so that you can enjoy the comfort of home on holiday. The price includes the following amenities: air conditioning, wireless Internet access, satellite TV (with USB port), washing machine, dishwasher, fridge (with freezer compartment), oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fully-equipped kitchen, iron, towels, bed linen, a hairdryer and a safe for your valuables. All the windows and the balcony doors are fitted with fly screens and blinds. A child’s bed and a highchair are available free of charge, but only a limited number are available, so please request these in advance.

The 86m² of living space (not including balconies) provides ample room to spread out. You can recharge your batteries undisturbed in two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a balcony and a sea view. The living room, the dining space and the kitchen receive plenty of daylight owing to the balcony. The comfortable pull-out sofa bed invites you to relax. You can prepare meals in the open, fully-equipped kitchen. There is a separate games room for children to play in. Whether in the dining space by day or on the balcony in the evening with candlelight – dine wherever it suits you. The two beautiful and modern bathrooms are fitted with a bath or shower.

Even on holiday you can go shopping, whether it is for groceries or window shopping – the choice is yours. You can buy most everyday essentials in Dugi Rat. You do not need a car to get to a bakery, supermarket, butcher, post office, ATM etc., all within a walking distance of 50-200m. There is a wide range of great leisure activities for the whole family, either right on the doorstep or just a short drive away: jet-ski hire, canyoning, rafting, kayaking, hiking, diving, climbing, zipline, banana boat rides, parasailing, boat trips to islands etc. Lovers of beautiful sandy beaches will enjoy Duce (3km) or Omis (6km). There are very good bus connections (half-hourly) and the stops are only about 250 metres from the apartments. Split itself has all kinds of transport options: bus, train, ferry and plane.

A pool with sun loungers, two showers, a generous terrace and a 220m² lawn are available for you and your family. Two large parasols on the terrace provide pleasant shade during the midday hours if required. The large stone grill next to the terrace is especially popular among guests. The tables and chairs provide plenty of space even for a large family, and dinner simply tastes better on a warm summer night looking over over the infinity pool towards the sea and the lights of the island Brac.

Important note: Smoking is not permitted in our holiday complex, both indoors and in the entire outdoor area (including the balconies)!

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
