When building the house, inside, outside, the owner paid attention to every detail, furniture, surroundings, etc. Traditional Dalmatian architecture, pleasantly combined with modern details, gives this villa a special charm. The Imotski region is known for wine growing and rural culture with good gastronomic offer. Here you have the opportunity to taste many domestic products. An excellent traditional Grabovac Winery with wine tasting and Wine Cellar lies only 5 minutes' walk away, as well as the beautiful Nature Park with the source of the Vrljika River and the possibility of canoeing, quad- or e-bike tours around 7 lakes. You can also visit the Ranch Medvidovic with horse riding in Medvidovića Draga. Just 30 minutes away are numerous beaches on the Makarska Riviera (Brela, Baska Voda).

The house is perfect for a retreat into nature, hiking, cycling, quad biking, canoeing. By car you can visit the nearby lakes (Modro jezero, Crveno jezero, Zeleno jezero or Prolosko jezero) or drive to the town of Imotski and see various sights such as the Old Town (Stari Grad), Kula Topana (Topana Tower). In just 10 minutes you can reach the nearest highway, which allows you to visit all major cities in a short time. Imotski (10 minutes), Trogir (1 hour), Split (40 minutes), Zadar (1.5 hours). There are also four national parks nearby: NP Krka (1 hour), NP Plitvička jezera (3 hours), SKYWALK in Biokovo Nature Park. Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
