Residence 7 Stars is a luxurious newly built complex which consists of 7 luxurious and superbly furnished villas located in Kaštel Gomilica, halfway between UNESCO protected centers of town Trogir and the palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian in Split. The residence is located just 900 m from the nearest beach and within the walking distance from the nearest grocery store (180 m), restaurants (650 m), cafes (800 m), while marina Kaštela is only 950 m away. Villa Grace covers the area of 142 m2 divided on ground and first floor and consists of 4 contemporary bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons, ideal for groups of friends or larger families. The ground floor is designed as a spacious and bright lounge area which consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen, contemporary living room with dining area, 1 bedroom with double bed which can be separated into 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower. The living room has access to the garden and pool area through a large sliding glass door which allows the entire area to become open concept. Modern staircase leads to the first floor, designed as a resting area with 3 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with air condition and SAT-TV. Two bedrooms share a balcony with partial seaview. Villa Grace is fully air conditioned and equipped with SAT-TVs, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, safe, oven, stove, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery, hair dryer, washing machine and board games for children. Baby cot and high chair are available on request. The property offers 2 gated parking places, free of charge. Guests can use the outdoor grill. Up to 2 pets are allowed in the villa, free of charge. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
