Villa Orchid is a newly built holiday villa situated in Kaštel Stari and located halfway between the city of Split and the UNESCO protected city of Trogir. Split Airport is only 6 km away from the villa.

This luxury villa is situated in a peaceful area just 1.8 kilometers from the sea.

The property covers a total area of 1000 m2, while the house itself is 300 m2.

The wooden staircase leads to the first floor, designed as a resting area with 4 bedrooms with double beds, en suite bathrooms and balconies. Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with air conditioning and SAT-TV.

What makes this villa truly an oasis of peace and tranquility is the spacious outdoor area with a barbecue grill and a table and chairs for 10 people. Guests can spend their time relaxing in the outdoor infinity pool (60 m2) or soaking in the sunshine on the sun loungers.

Villa Orchid has many different equipment like air condition, Wi-fi, SAT TV and safe. Additionally, the guests can use an iron and ironing board, stove, oven, hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker (Nespresso). Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
