Ce logement de vacances pour 14 personnes dispose de cinq salles de bains et de six chambres à coucher. Le logement de vacances est équipé de une TV (chaînes internationales) et un feu ouvert. With about 390 m², on four levels, the villa features on the ground floor a large and bright living room, comfortably furnished with a HD TV. From there, you access the dining area and kitchen with large windows overlooking the sea, and a fully equipped kitchen (a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) with a seating area and an office space.
You can go out directly onto the veranda and the terrace, to access the heated pool, overlooking the sea.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with King size beds (1,80mx2,00m). There are also two full bathrooms and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
On the second floor, there are two en suite bedrooms with King size beds and an additional bathroom. One bedroom also has a terrace overlooking the sea. On the same floor, there can also be found a kitchen with seating area and spacious terrace.
The third floor dispose with large en suite bedroom and terrace, which has an astonishing sea view.
Each bedroom has an air-conditioning and HD TV.
Outside, you’ll enjoy a beautiful private landscaped patio with numerous pine trees, grassed and wooded natural area, a beautiful 20 m² pool with a stunning view, barbecue and garden furniture.
The house is equipped with WiFi access.
Parking space available — two cars can easily be parked on site.

The place is very quiet, very private and offers superb views of the sea from everywhere.
*Five bedrooms have direct sea views and one bedroom has views of the small harbor and a small part of the sea view.
*PLEASE NOTE*: The villa has 4 floors in 2 units. Each unit has 2 floors that are connected by internal stairs. Units are connected by external stairs.

* There are card games in the house and lots of toys for children, magnetic and geometric games. There is no board games.

*There are two fully equipped kitchens. In every kitchen is a Filter Coffee machine and a Nespresso capsule machine.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
