Set in Pisak, Villa Sandra is an unique holiday home, newly renovated, with all the modern comforts to spend vacations full of fun and relaxation. It can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It offers a swimming pool, sunbathing area and a summer kitchen with BBQ and outdoor dining area. The house can fit 8 guests in 3 apartments and one Room - all of them are separated and guest can have their privacy while on vacation together.
The villa is fenced, very quiet and very private. There is a parking lot with 3 parking spaces available. There are 3 apartments and 1 Queen Bedroom which are only for you! The property is rented as a holiday home, although all 4 units are separate/independent.

Moving to the first floor of the villa, there is an apartment with double bed, a kitchen, refrigerator, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and TV.

There is also a Queen Room on the same level (outside the One Bedroom apartment) with a double bed, air conditioning, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. On the first floor there is a terrace with outdoor furniture and a swimming pool (dimensions 8x3, not heated), an outdoor shower, 6 deckchairs, a wood-burning grill with a sink, designed as an outdoor kitchen.
The stairs go up to the third floor, where the fourth unit is located: a One Bedroom Apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, a separate air-conditioned dining room with a view of the sea. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a living room with air conditioning and an internal chimney. Along the entire apartment, a balcony with a splendid sea view.

Conditions et délais de paiement
Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
