The house is situated in a secluded bay directly by the sea on a large plot of land that was once used for growing vineyards. The bay is accessible only by water, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. Thanks to its hillside location, several beautiful beaches can be found below the house. The property is located in the northern part of Hvar Island, approximately 15 km from the nearest inhabited settlement.

On the terraced property in front of the house, you will find a barbecue fireplace and a dining area almost directly by the bay. During your stay, a canoe is available on request for an additional charge of EUR 10 per day. The sea can be reached within just a few steps, where two sun loungers are available for your use.

By foregoing modern comforts, you can enjoy absolute freedom and the opportunity to spend an unforgettable and romantic holiday in untouched nature in a tastefully furnished house right by the sea. Escape the hectic pace of everyday life and recharge your batteries by focusing on the essentials. As the house is located in a secluded bay, water is supplied from a rainwater collection system. Electricity and hot water are provided by a solar energy system. This Robinson-style house is ideal for a couple and offers an open-plan living, cooking, dining and sleeping area, as well as a bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and shower. The sleeping area is furnished with two single beds placed side by side (90 cm x 180 cm each). Large sliding windows allow plenty of natural light into the house and offer beautiful sea views. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, refrigerator, two-burner gas stove and an espresso coffee maker.

A restaurant and a grocery store are available at Camp Mlaska, approximately 5 km from the bay. Please note that opening hours are seasonal. Outside the main season, the restaurant and minimarket at Camp Mlaska may operate depending on the number of guests staying at the campsite.

Important: The canoe should preferably be requested at the time of booking, as availability may be limited. Guests are charged only for actual use. If desired, the owner can also organize boat excursions for an additional charge.

One of the highlights of this property is the owner's friendly hospitality and personal service. The owner provides complimentary transfer on arrival and departure with his fast boat. In addition, a shopping service is available for an extra charge, and the owner can be contacted at any time by mobile phone. Depending on your mode of travel, free parking is available on the owner's property on the mainland near Drašnice. Airport transfers to and from Split Airport can also be arranged on request for EUR 150 per trip.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
