The total living space of the villa is 218 square metres. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen and a dining table for up to 8 people. There is also a small WC with washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. From the living room or the kitchen, you can easily access the covered terrace, which also has an impressive dining table. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a wonderful sun terrace. On the 2nd floor/attic floor is the 4th bedroom with bathroom and private balcony.

Hvar is 49 km from the villa. Split airport is 63 km away.

The quality and the equipment is completely unusual for a property that is offered for rent. No attention has been paid to costs here, as the owner lives in this villa himself time and again.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
