The cosy flat has a living space of approx. 36 m² and a wonderful sea view from the balcony onto the Pasmanski Canal. You can also enjoy the setting sun in the evening on the spacious elevated terrace. The flat has a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, fridge, satellite TV + DVD player, air conditioning and a bathroom with shower. The pull-out couch offers cosy sleeping accommodation for an additional person or 2 children if required. The fenced private grounds have a secure and shaded parking space for your car. The hostess will be happy to spoil you with delicious Dalmatian cuisine by prior arrangement. The idyllic fishing village of Nevidane is located on the island of Pasman and has a natural sandy beach leading gently into the sea - ideal for families with children. There are 2 grocery shops and 2 cosy restaurants in the village (open seasonally). The Rosa guest house is located on the outskirts of the village. Both the beach and the historic centre of the village can be easily reached on foot in approx. 8-10 minutes. The islands of Pasman and Ugljan, which are connected by a bridge, have been increasingly popular with cycling enthusiasts for years. The unpaved panoramic path on the sparsely populated rear side of the island is particularly inviting for cycling and hiking - and rewards you with fascinating views of the Kornati National Park and the mainland with its Channel Islands. The Venetian city of Zadar and the very lively Biograd na Moru (in the high season) invite you to shop and go out. Other popular excursion destinations are the Krka Waterfalls National Park and the Kornati Islands, where we will be happy to prepare a hearty organic breakfast and a delicious Mediterranean dinner for you at a fair price. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
