Villa Stellante is a new built house with private pool and fenced yard for sole use. It is situated in a quiet village Rovanjska near the beach and Velebit mountain.
It's location is perfect for exploring Croatian coast and national parks all within 1,5 hour drive.

This two storey house consists of ground floor about 80 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a flatscreen TV and a sofa .Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower.
There are also 3 bedrooms upstairs which include two double beds and two single beds.All rooms have balconies with sea view. Two bathrooms are also found on the upper floor.

The terrace is equipped with dining area and garden furniture, and 6 sunbeds around the seasonal pool. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children. 3 parking spaces inside the yard.

Two bicycles will be at your disposal, free of charge. Furthermore, there is a travel bed for small children in the holiday home.

Pebble beach is about 200 metres away. The beach is accessible and the sea is shallow.two restaurants and supermarkets approximately 850 metres away.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
