Finca Martina is a small and cozy country house decorated in a modern and unique style. The finca has been recently renovated and was extended with a barbecue area behind the house. It is located just 3,5 km from the picturesque white village of Cómpeta and is perfect for a romantic holiday for two.

Finca Martina has a capacity for two people to spend a relaxing vacation. The finca offers an open and cozy space which combines the living room, the equipped kitchen and the bedroom together. From the sleeping area there is access to the modern bathroom with rain shower. The house is complemented with satellite TV (no Spanish channels) and WiFi.

In front of the house the beautifully decorated covered terrace with garden furniture to relax and enjoy. The private pool (4.5 x 2.5 m) next to the house invites you to cool off. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Axarquía mountains and the romantic sunsets. Behind the house we find a small outdoor kitchen with a portable barbecue. Finca Martina is less than 10 minutes' drive from Cómpeta. All the way to the house is paved and can be done without problems with a normal car.The pool is closed for winter. Please check its opening.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
