The flat is located between Plaza de la Merced (where Picasso's birthplace is located) and Teatro Cervantes. The Picasso Museum, the Alcazaba with Roman theatre, the well-known Calle Larios (shopping paradise) and the fully renovated marina with promenade are all within walking distance. The beach can also be reached on foot (15-minute walk).

The flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood in the historic centre of Málaga. It is south-west facing and located on the 4th floor so you can enjoy the incoming sun almost all day and get a beautiful sunset for free in the evening. The flat has a nice living space with open views of the cathedral. 3 large windows with typical balconies ensure plenty of light throughout the day. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
