Bedroom with double bed of 1.50 m. and single bathroom. Living-dining room of 36 square metres fully equipped and with access to the garden area, where you can enjoy a barbecue with porch and solarium. Kitchen of 20 square meters fully equipped with small and large appliances and overlooking the garden and the street. Located in the urban area of a small village of 1.000 inhabitants, Santa Marina del Rey, in the centre of the province of León with very good communications by motorways with Galicia, Portugal, Asturias and Madrid. Restorations were carried out at different times. It has been a national monument since 1939. It is located on the ancient Roman road that ran from León (Legio Septima Gemina) to Astorga, which in Roman times was the capital of the province of Asturica Augusta.
