The holiday home was completely restored and renovated in 2004 and still retains the traditional architecture typical of the area with maximum comfort, which gives it its charm. The house has a living area of 130 m² and sits on a 230 m³ plot of land which is fully fenced.

In the garden of the holiday home you will find a covered area with garden furniture and a separate barbecue area. Parking is available directly at the house. The owner lives on the property.

The house has a total of four bedrooms, three of them with a double bed (1,35 m x 1,90 m) and one with two single beds (0,90 m x 1,90 m). There are also two bathrooms, one with direct access from one of the bedrooms, but both equipped with bath or shower, hairdryer, washbasin and toilet. The living room is furnished with a sofa and a TV with DVD player.
