The two fully equipped kitchens are located on the upper floor and down by the pool. The bars, restaurants, bus stop, pharmacy and shops of Son Bou are just over 5 minutes' walk away and the marvellous, extensive white sandy beach is approx. 15 minutes' walk away.

The upper floor with entrance area welcomes you with a large sofa, fully equipped and modern kitchen, one of the numerous dining areas and the spectacular sea view already on arrival...
The bedrooms are located on the floor below, which is always shaded and therefore always pleasantly cool.

The lower floor will probably be the main living area. Total relaxation with hanging chairs, kitchen, pool with separate children's pool and the splendid, Mediterranean garden with OASEN character will make your stay unique.

The unique Mediterranean garden and the view of the most beautiful colours of the Menorcan sea off Son Bou are simply spectacular and special.
