This air-conditioned finca offers a large swimming pool of 12 m x 6 m and is situated only 10 minutes away from the beaches of Muro and Can Picafort.

For those travelling with family or groups of friends, this house is simply ideal. In addition, the pool is fenced for the protection of our little ones.

On one floor with approx. 170 m², suitable also for disabled people, the house consists of a large living room with satellite TV and air-conditioning, comfortable sofas and an air-conditioned dining room. The air-conditioned and fully equipped kitchen is located close to the living room and has access to the covered terrace with a dining table.

In total there are six bedrooms (2x double bed, 4x single beds) and three bathrooms with shower in bathtub, a fourth bathroom with shower is outside near the pool area. All bedrooms have their own air-conditioning.

The highlight of this property is undoubtedly its natural garden, here, well integrated behind the house, we find the large swimming pool of 12 m x 6 m (depth 1,10 m x 1,60 m) with salt water and surrounded by a fence for the protection of our little ones... ideal for families with children or groups of friends. Under a tree there is a hammock and sofas. Next to the house is the covered terrace with a large dining table and a mobile barbecue. Also for those who want a bit of activity, there is a ping pong table and some gym equipment.

The beaches of Muro and Can Picafort can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets can be found in the villages of Maria or Santa Margalida in 5 minutes by car. In short, a very well connected house, ideal for those who are looking for a quiet holiday in the middle of nature, but at the same time not too far away from the tourist areas.
