The villa is split into 2 floors and offers 3 double bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, eat in kitchen dining + living room (additional play room) and gorgeous terraces. On ground floor the property has one of the bedrooms and a bathroom plus a huge living room with access to the terrace and one reading space (chimney) and television (satellite) area. The independent dining room has also access to the terrace and garden. The 3 double bedrooms in first floor (1 with en suite bathroom) are distributed around a central play / multimedia room. Access to the first floor terrace / solarium.The villa is south West oriented and offers nice views to the Tramuntana mountain and the Palma Bay. You won’t miss the Majorcan sunset from any of the terraces. Beautiful garden with pool (8*4 and salt water chlorination).The villa offers all the needed comfort for a perfect holiday time: air conditioning, outdoor parking places, double glazed windows, underfloor heating, water decalcification and purification system, proximity of Palma Old Town (15 minutes) and Majorcan beaches (20 minutes).4329/ETV VILLA ALENAROfficial check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM.A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.   'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.   The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).  In case you have a HOTMAIL account and after 12 hours you do not have received any answer, please check your SPAM-file.   Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.   The “ECOTASA” (balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.  A cleaning fee of € 50 will be charged in case of bringing pets

Conditions et délais de paiement

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
