This large and modern holiday home is newly built in Canarian style, with very good quality materials. It is located on the connecting road between Los Llanos and El Paso. By car, both places can be reached within a few minutes. To the beach of Tazacorte it is about 15 minutes by car from this holiday home.

On the ground floor is a large living room with sitting area, satellite TV and a fireplace. Next to the living room is the dining room and the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Behind the kitchen is another laundry room, which can be reached via a side door. There is a washing machine. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom.

From the various terraces there are beautiful views of the Aridane valley and the mountains. There are large terraces, one of which is covered, with a fixed barbecue. There is a private sauna available to clients free of charge under the covered terrace near the barbecue and there is a yacussi on the terrace. Right by the house there are two parking spaces.

The village where you can do your shopping can be reached after about 1.5 km, a restaurant after about 2 km and the sea with beach after about 9 km. There is a sauna for guests on the covered terrace, currently free of charge.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
