Pleasant holiday home in Puerto de la Cruz with private pool situated in one of the most desirable areas close to the Hotel Botanico, very close to many services. Its orientation allows you to enjoy many hours of light and warm sunshine.

Well equipped house with garden and surrounded by terraces with approx. 300m² of living space and terraces of 135m², private pool, BBQ area and solarium, 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus a guest toilet.

In only a few meters you can reach all facilities, restaurants and leisure activities in this green and varied harbour town in the northwest of Tenerife. Eternal spring in the green north of Tenerife at the foot of the Teide to see, discover and experience. Sandy beaches and cliffs alternate in the sea. Just below the house you can reach the bathing area of Martianez in a few minutes, or you can enjoy the private pool on site.
Puerto de la Cruz invites you to a variety of activities. There are relaxing hiking trails on the slopes of Mount Teide. Whether hiking, Nordic walking, cycling, swimming, diving, tennis, paragliding and much more, there is something for everyone.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
