Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this beautiful, fully equipped flat in the Duquesa del Mar complex. The flat is located in the municipality of San Miguel de Abona in Golf del Sur in the south of Tenerife.

The promenade, where you will find the marina and numerous bars and restaurants serving international and local cuisine, is just a few minutes' walk away. A leisurely stroll along the promenade takes you to the picturesque town of "Los Abrigos", where the best fish specialities and seafood dishes are on offer. Visit the beach section "Playa San Miguel de Abona", the beach section is still natural and littered with large and small stones, which is ideal for snorkelling. The marina offers a range of boat trips and water sports.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, crockery, cutlery, microwave, juicer, deep fryer and kitchen utensils.

In the living room you will find a large sofa, a TV sideboard with a flat screen TV and international TV channels, a floor lamp for a cosy atmosphere.

The 1st bathroom has a shower and WC.

In the guest room there is a 140 metre bed and a small chest of drawers.

The master bedroom has a 180x200 double bed, two bedside tables each with a bedside lamp and a large built-in wardrobe. The master bedroom is adjacent to an en-suite bathroom. This 2nd bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin.

On the terrace you will find 2 sun loungers and a lunge to sit on as well as a dining table with chairs.

Supermarkets and public transport are in the immediate vicinity. The HipperDino supermarket is located in the small neighbourhood of San Blas and can be reached in 10 minutes without a car. If you have hired a car, you can drive to Las Chafiras to the large Mercadona supermarket. Smaller supermarkets, bars and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity of the complex. EL Médano and Los Cristianos are ten minutes away by car and Adeje is 15 minutes away by car. From the Pueblo Primavera bus stop, which is located directly in front of the complex, you have a direct connection to Los Christianos, Las Américas and Adeje. The bus journey takes about 15 minutes and there is also a taxi rank at this bus stop. Doctors and pharmacies can be found at the entrance to Golf del Sur in the "Excellent Medical" on the left-hand side and in the towns of Los Christianos or Las Américas and the nearest hospitals.
