Enjoy your holiday in this well-equipped flat on the 2nd floor (lift available) of this well-kept residential complex in a top location in the popular Golf del Sur on the south coast of the municipality of San Miguel. In just a few minutes you can be on the beautiful promenade and can enjoy the view of the sea while strolling along the marina, cafés, bars and restaurants. Despite the usually warm temperatures and many hours of sunshine every year and the resulting sparse vegetation, the town impresses with numerous green areas and streets surrounded by palm trees. Particularly attractive are the 2 golf courses, Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf, which attract many golf fans every year. Or you can relax by the hotel's own heated pool with sun loungers and parasols and simply forget about everyday life.

The 55m2 flat has a living/dining area with a sofa bed. Thanks to the flat-screen TV with international channels, you don't have to miss out on your favourite programmes from home, even on holiday.

The flat has a conservatory, which you can close on windy days and still enjoy the marvellous view of the Atlantic.

The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering (microwave, toaster, coffee machine, DolceGusto, kettle, 4-ring hob, oven, etc.). There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board - ideal for long-term holidaymakers!

Supermarkets and public transport are in the immediate vicinity. There is a HipperDino supermarket in the small district of San Blas, which can be reached in 10 minutes without a car. There are numerous bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. If you have hired a car, you can drive to Las Chafiras to the large Mercadona supermarket. Ten minutes by car is EL Medano, Los Cristianos and 15 minutes by car you reach Adeje. By bus from the Pueblo Primavera bus stop you have a direct connection to Los Christianos, Las Americas and Adeje. The bus journey takes around 15 minutes and there is also a taxi rank at this stop. Doctors and pharmacies can be found at the entrance to Golf del Sur in "Excellent Medical" on the left and in the villages of Los Christianos or Las Americas and the nearest hospitals.
