The air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds guarantee a high level of sleeping comfort, while the master bedroom on the upper floor also boasts a spacious dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining area invites you to linger together, adjoined by the modern kitchen with cooking island and high-quality electrical appliances. Televisions with German and Spanish programmes provide entertainment in both the living area and the master bedroom.

An oasis of relaxation awaits you in the outdoor area: the private pool area, which was converted to environmentally friendly salt water in May 2024, is sheltered from the wind and offers a perfect place for sunbathing with its sun loungers. For your privacy, the entire property is surrounded by a wall and there is a sheltered car park at your disposal.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
