Welcome to the Ezulwini Beachfront Apartment in Los Alcázares! Ezulwini comes from Africa and means "place of heaven". Inspired by wonderful holidays in Cape Town (Clifton Beach), our completely renovated flat was created with a breathtaking 360° panoramic view of the Mar Menor. Wake up every morning to an unforgettable view. From your bed you can look out directly over the Mar Menor in front of you and listen to the glistening waves.

Our flat was designed by a Spanish star architect and has a high-quality design with a "Cape Town look". After the core refurbishment of the house in 2020, we have completely renovated it and made it very open, modern and luxurious. We have tried to avoid artificial air conditioning as far as possible and to allow natural "circulation" throughout the year. Naturally, a high-quality air conditioning system is still installed, which also serves as heating in winter. The open-plan concept means that the flat is flooded with light and offers you a breathtaking play of colours during the day.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with two washbasins, shower and bathtub and a walk-in wardrobe. Two further guests share a sofa bed and a separate bathroom with shower and WC.
The new fitted kitchen with cooking island is equipped with brand-name appliances (Neff) and has both a gas hob and induction hob. In addition, high-quality SMEG appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine are available. A washing machine, clothes horse, ironing board and iron are also available.
A Sonos sound system is also available, allowing you to experience the full beach feeling, the southern Spanish weather and the typical Spanish lifestyle while enjoying a chilled drink on the terrace.

Conditions et délais de paiement
Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
