Spacious and beautiful villa on the fish-rich shores of Lake Rääpysjärvi, 50 km north of Varkaus. A very peaceful location with significant elevation changes and beautiful forest nature in the surrounding area. The nearest neighbor is about 300 m away. The lakeshore is 25 m away, featuring a spacious pier, a rowing boat, and an Indian canoe. The water quality of the lake is excellent. The shore is initially shallow with a hard gravel bottom for about 4-5 m, then quickly deepens to a muddy bottom. Children can swim from the shore, while adults are advised to use the pier ladder for swimming. There is plenty of water at the end of the pier.

The wooden cabin was built in 1975 and expanded into a year-round residence in 1990. The entire building was thoroughly renovated in 2026. The ground floor of the two-story villa includes a spacious combined kitchen/living room, a toilet, a bathroom, an electric sauna, and a bright bedroom with a double bed. There is another room on the ground floor with two beds, a sofa set, and a heat-retaining fireplace.

Upstairs, there is a spacious living room with a TV, a sofa set, and a double bed in an alcove. There is a separate study upstairs with a desk and a sofa bed. The room offers a beautiful view of the lake. The sofa bed is not counted as a regular sleeping place but serves as an alternative sleeping option. The maximum occupancy of the villa is 8 people. Both floors of the villa are equipped with air-source heat pumps. There are three terraces facing different directions. There is a Weber gas grill on the terrace. Child equipment includes a crib, a high chair, a potty, and a toilet seat.

The lakeside sauna building is two-story. Upstairs, there are two beds, measuring 90 x 200 cm and 120 x 200 cm. The sleeping area has an air-source heat pump. The ground floor of the sauna building features a spacious wood-heated sauna and a fireplace room. The sauna's washing area has a wood-heated water cauldron for heating washing water.

The yard includes a separate outdoor toilet and a storage building with a garage. Arrangements for charging an electric car from a standard socket using the renter's own charging device can be made with the owner. The villa is rented for peaceful use.

Burning candles is prohibited. No pets allowed.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
