Our Finistère is characterised by its beautiful, unspoilt nature and is not at all as crowded as other tourist areas of Brittany. So why not stay in the peace and quiet of Finistère and organise a few excursions if you feel like it. If you ever find the "hustle and bustle" of the destination too stressful, you are in wonderfully quiet hands with us. Brittany has so many interesting things to offer, a little leafing through the travel guide and you'll even find very beautiful destinations in the immediate vicinity, for example the very picturesque, "British" Roscoff, the beautiful Crozon peninsula, or then further south the Pt. du Raz, or Concarneau (famous for the detective stories of Inspector Dupin) or even the artist-hosting Pont Aven....and so on......you will love Brittany at the latest then, if you don't already do so !!!
Absolute dream holiday location - you could almost say "on" the beach. Wonderfully situated in a beautiful bay, the swimming pool in the garden and the beach on the doorstep - it really doesn't get any closer. We say this is our beach house with a "yacht feeling", slightly elevated above the pool, the fully glazed living room offers a complete and rich sea view over the beach - you can't imagine it more marvellous - it is indescribably authentic and impressive - this location is almost unique for our region. The sofa and dining table offer sea views from every seat. Not only does the house have its own private swimming pool (only open from 1 June to 30 September), but the master bedroom with its own small sea view balcony is located above the living/yacht area, as well as a bathroom and WC en suite. On the ground floor there is a bathroom/WC and 2 bedrooms (one of which has 2 separate beds - we recommend this as a children's room). On one side is the beautifully palm-covered courtyard with several parking spaces (closed with a large gate); on the other side is the access to the stand; in front is a small green area with a swing and the pool. This part is also 100% enclosed by walls and fences - a beach gate gives direct access to the sea and the beach. There is an extra games room for sports and games.
The location is undoubtedly the best feature of the beach villa - you can hardly get any closer to the sea than this. It also has its own access to the beach, a swimming pool in the garden and a view from the open-plan living area made of glass - just like on a cruise ship (I always think when I enjoy the view when I visit the house). There is a small lawn area with play equipment for kids, an extra playroom with table football and bicycles. And on the access side of the house a large car park for several vehicles behind an electric gate. The entire area is fenced in at the front and back - and your four-legged friends are also welcome by appointment - this is literally a dog paradise. Please note that our outdoor beach pool has opening hours throughout the year - it is open from 1 June to 31 September. The temperature of the heated pool - is 24/25°C!
We have been working as an agency in our marvellous Finistère for a long time now, the surroundings are picturesque and you are spoilt by nature - you will be surprised how much space you will find everywhere, even in high season our North Finistère is never overcrowded. This is "THE" advantage for guests who really want to relax and "come down". All this in and with our marvellous nature (we often say ourselves - the world is still in order here - the air is clean, the water is clear and the Bretons are incredibly warm, friendly people). However, this beach house has a location that we have never discovered before. In Plouneour Très directly on the beach, with fantastic sea views; you can't be closer to the sea - a private gate gives direct access to the beach - and then a swimming pool in the garden - incredible for a pretty holiday villa. The "sentier cotier" in front of the house invites you, even with your dog, to take wonderful walks. We especially love the vastness at low tide - sand as far as the eye can see and 6 hours later sea as far as the eye can see. And just around the corner there's a small pizzeria, a café and a beach bar....that's also rare here in Finistère, you'll love the location of the house, at least that's how we feel!!!

Conditions et délais de paiement
Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
