Relaxation, recreation with your dog, hiking and cycling in the countryside in the picturesque land of wine and tarte flambée The holiday flat Maison Fleurie is located in Alsace on the outskirts of Schwabwiller in a converted and renovated former barn. 2000 square metres of fully fenced garden await you and your dog. You can go hiking and walking in the woods and fields directly from the house. You can also cycle directly from the house. The Haguenauer Forst is a beautiful oak and beech forest. The paths are easy to walk on. In the middle of the forest, an auberge awaits you with homemade tarte flambée in a typical tarte flambée oven. Several shopping facilities are within easy reach by car. The central location of the holiday home enables excursions to Strasbourg (30 km), Colmar, the Alsace Wine Route, the German Wine Route (15 km) with the German Wine Gate as well as to Baden-Baden or Freiburg.

You can have breakfast in the morning on the terrace or on the lawn in the sun or have a barbecue in the evening. The terrace is covered and equipped with garden furniture and 2 sunbeds. There are two car parks on the premises. The 2000 square metre property is fenced and therefore also ideal for children and dogs.

The renovation has preserved the original character of the half-timbered house with clay walls, while at the same time using modern organic materials to ensure that the rooms offer all the comfort you need today. The holiday flat on the ground floor is approx. 35m² in size and has a well-equipped eat-in kitchen. In addition to all the important kitchen utensils, you will also find a four-ring hob, a fridge, an oven, a microwave and a coffee machine. A table with a bench and two chairs invites you to eat together. The small bathroom has a washbasin, WC and shower. In the separate bedroom you will find a large double bed (200cm x 200cm) and a satellite TV. For the dog you will find a small anteroom in front of the kitchen-living room, where he/she can sleep on his/her blanket.

The famous pottery village of Betschdorf is located in northern Alsace near the Baden vineyards and the Black Forest. Excellent wines and food tempt you to savour them. The blue salt pottery in particular is an important landmark of the pottery village. There are many pottery shops and a pottery museum. Betschdorf and Schwabwiller are surrounded by forest. Hiking and cycling are possible directly from the house. Other activities: Shooting range, scooter track, fitness trail, tennis court, swimming pool, stork park Golf: The 18-hole Baden-Baden Golf Club, a traditional club since 1911, is half an hour away. There are a further 7 golf clubs in Alsace, one of which is close by, about 20 minutes away. The Golfclub International Soufflenheim Baden-Baden S.A. also has 18 holes. Two further golf clubs are located near Strasbourg, which can also be reached in 30 minutes via the motorway.
