Our farm is in Parfondeval, officially a 'Beau Village', located in the middle of the Thierache region on so'n 320 km van Utrecht. Het is een rustige streek in een schilderachtig landschap. Het dorpje Parfondeval telt 175 inwoners. Ons huis staat aan de rand van het dorpje en kijkt uit over de heuvels.

Het is een dorpje aan de rand van de Franse Ardennen in het departement Aisne. Een heel rustig gebied in een heuvelachtig landschap. Het dorpje Parfondeval telt 175 inwoners. Het is een echt boerendorpje, waar de mensen vriendelijk en behulpzaam zijn en het erg rustig is. Het is geen toeristisch gebied, maar er is genoeg te doen!

In onze verbouwde boerderij bevindt zich een gite (klein vakantiehuisje) gesitueerd aan de voorzijde. De gite beschikt over een eigen terras en een grote privé tuin van zo'n 300 m2. The gite is also equipped with all amenities to celebrate a peaceful and pleasant holiday with 4 people. There are a lot of fun things to do and do in the surrounding area. In the immediate vicinity, you can go mountain biking and road cycling. It is a hilly landscape with quiet and challenging routes. The village itself has a restaurant (Le Relais de la Chouette) and a fortified church open to the public. It is possible to walk the 'Tour du Parfondeval'. This is an audio-guided walking tour of Parfondeval, with equipment to pick up at the restaurant. There are many fortified churches in the region 'Thierache' and Parfondeval is part of them.

In Hirson you will find a swimming pool with a slide and a bowling alley. In Signy-le-Petit you will find a swimming lake with a small beach and in Les Mazures there is a large lake with an aqua park, a small amusement park (Elfy Park) and a climbing park. For more spectacle, you can also go to the zipline in Fumay (Terraltitude).

Finally, Reims has an impressive cathedral where the kings were crowned and the Joan of Arc episode also took place here. You can also book a champagne tour in Reims and the city boasts a lively centre where you can shop extensively.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
