Ce logement de vacances pour 7 personnes dispose de deux salles de bains et de trois chambres à coucher. Le logement de vacances est équipé de un feu ouvert et un lecteur DVD. En outre, il y a une piscine (privé), un barbecue et un jardin. Vous pouvez stationner votre voiture sur un parking (couvert). La salle de bains est dotée de une douche.

Nestling in a magnificent green setting, our gîte "Le Pavillon" is sure to delight you whatever the season.

Set in the grounds of an 18th-century château, the gîte - which is completely independent - comprises a ground floor and a first floor. You'll enjoy the peace and quiet of a garden planted with trees and overlooking a lake, as well as a private swimming pool.

Depending on the season, you can pick cherries, plums, raspberries, etc. You can enjoy the fireplace (insert), fishing and beautiful walks.

An ideal place to recharge your batteries, have fun or do nothing at all.
We have a few bicycles (rental fee EUR 5 per day/person) and outdoor games (Molkki, badminton, darts, etc.) available free of charge.

We'll be happy to advise you on places to visit, local producers, restaurants, etc.

There's even a small private chapel for special events.

Fancy a bit of sport%3F There's a riding school, golf course and tennis courts less than 10 km away.

Just 35 minutes from Bergerac airport and 1h30 from Bordeaux, "Le Pavillon" offers you the tranquillity of the Lot-et-Garonne countryside and the warm welcome of the "Gens de Garonne".

The 150 m2 house comprises a ground floor and a first floor.

The swimming pool is private (if it's very hot, I'll ask your permission to come and have a swim...).
Opening of the swimming pool: from 8 May to 25 September 2027.

There is a grocery shop and a superb English pub (Old Lord Raglan).

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
