An extensively equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with an additional WC in the main part of the house as well as a cosy double bed and a shower room in the studio ideally round off the offer.

The outdoor area comprises a 1,200 m² plot for exclusive use and invites you to relax and enjoy. A covered terrace with a large dining table as well as two sun loungers, garden furniture and a barbecue make for cosy al fresco meals or fun barbecue evenings. In addition, the parking spaces on the wide gravel driveway offer ample parking space.
