Holiday where Picasso lived: The elegant holiday property (71.5 sqm, incl. covered terrace 24 sqm) and approx. 90 sqm Mediterranean private garden is part of the "Residence Bastides du Golf", an exclusive & quiet holiday complex above Cannes / Côte d'Azur. The residence with free swimming pool, tennis court and park is located directly at the Royal Mougins Golf & Spa Resort, not far from the picturesque old town of Mougins. This will enchant you with its impressive culture and gastronomy. A good 5-6 km to the south you will find beautiful sandy beaches and the promenade of Cannes, glamorous home of the international film festival.

How to live: The holiday property with stylish interior offers space for ideally two to max. three adults or two children on a private area of approx. 160 sqm, including a well-tended garden. It has:
1) a spacious terrace (24 square metres) with large dining tables and sun loungers
2) a living room with dining area and stylish furniture (approx. 22 sqm). If required: pull-out sofa bed for two people
3) a bedroom with king-size bed (200 x 160 cm) for two people, including a spacious built-in wardrobe with safe and iron/ironing board
4) a well-equipped kitchen with induction cooker, dishwasher & washing machine, fridge & freezer, coffee machine, toaster, etc.
5) a hallway with glass double doors, mirrored wardrobe/cloakroom
6) a bathroom with wide washbasin, bathtub/shower and separate WC
7) of course free fast WLAN / internet access (fibre optic) in all rooms
8) if required: a mobile cooling tower with special air purification (allergy-friendly).
All main rooms open onto a south-west facing private garden (approx. 90 square metres) with Mediterranean flora. This offers peace and relaxation, but also - thanks to the large terrace - a "second living room" with plenty of space for enjoyable outdoor gatherings: a real oasis of well-being!
How to enjoy:
In addition to your private areas, the holiday property with relaxed noblesse has direct and free access to
1) to the spacious pool (approx. 20x12 m) - partly shallow, partly long lane for swimming
2) to the spacious relaxation area (>500 square metres) with comfortable furnishings: loungers, parasols, reading tables, fountain and separate shower house
3) to the tree-lined tennis court, which our guests can also use free of charge and without complicated bookings. Even in the height of summer, the communal areas are easily accessible and rarely busy, and are usually even free for exclusive use. The pool and tennis court are protected by a fence suitable for children.
You can move around and relax completely undisturbed in the approx. 20,000 square metre park-like area of the residence. There is no moving car traffic. Residents enter the gated residence via an access code. The grounds offer marvellous views of the magnificent natural surroundings and the foothills of the Southern French Maritime Alps. The residence is supervised all year round (agency, concierge & gardening team), so you will always find a contact person on site. The private parking space rounds off your perfect holiday ambience.

1) Do you actively play golf or love wellness? The residence is located in the centre of the renowned Royal Mougins Golf & Spa Resort (awarded the title of best golf course + best golf hotel in France), which you can use on request and with the appropriate handicap. Prices are available on request.
2) However, golf and spa are not a must. You can also take a leisurely stroll or jog along the footpaths of the course. Its harmonious design and topography are worth the walk alone.
3) Don't fancy cooking? The club restaurant "Royal Garden" is within walking distance (550 metres) and will spoil you with a wide selection of dishes. The view from the terrace over the light-flooded panorama is spectacular - especially at sunset!
An important note: apart from the mobile cooling tower, the flat has no air conditioning. During longer heatwaves, it can get comparatively warm inside.
