Ce logement de vacances pour 5 personnes dispose de deux salles de bains et de deux chambres à coucher. Le logement de vacances est équipé de un airco, une piscine (privé), un barbecue et un jardin (clôturé). Vous pouvez stationner votre voiture sur un parking (couvert). La salle de bains est dotée de une douche.

Le logement de vacances dispose de un congélateur, une machine à laver, une connexion internet (ADSL, ISDN et sans fil).

Private, elegance, self catering / self contained, ground floor, 2 bedrooms Villa, only 600 meters from the beach, surrounded by palm trees, flowers and olive trees. Whether you are in or outside the villa, you can view the Sea, mountains and the garden.

The Villa is situated just 17 km east off Heraklion airport, at Kato Gouves, a scenic seaside village.
It has a well-appointed outdoor area, comprising of a private swimming pool of 30 square meters with roman steps and 1,2 to 1,5 meters depth, and a beautiful garden with olive trees, a variety of flowers and palm trees. Sun loungers, umbrella and a shower tray with cold and hot water are also available. The scenery will inspire relaxing and quiet moments or not-so-quiet ones, maybe enjoying a BBQ with your loved ones. An extra WC is also available in an auxiliary building, serving the pool and barbeque area. In the same building there is also a washing machine.

The house inside, is fully air-conditioned, has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms/wc and free internet wifi connection.
It has an open plan living room / small kitchen (fully equipped), with a dining table, a sofa-bed, a smart 40’’ led TV with a great variety of Satellite channels, and a fireplace. The kitchen has a fridge, an oven, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, glasses, dishes, utensils, cutlery etc
Both bedrooms have smart 32’’ flat led satellite TV’s, wardrobes and drawers. The master bedroom has a double bed and a small office table overlooking the window which can be used if work has to be done. The room has also a nice view to the pool and garden. The other bedroom has 3 single beds. The 2 can be converted into a double if requested. Semi views to the pool and the sea from this room. There is also a baby cot if needed (S2A).

Cretan Aquarium , one of the biggest and most interesting Aquariums in the Mediterranean Sea, is only 3km west of our location. The ''Dinosauria Park'', the ''International Exhibition Center of Crete'' and ''Planet Crete'', are also located in the same area. In Heraklion you can visit the palace of Knossos, the historical and archaeological museums, the old town of Heraklion with the Lions Square, the Loggia, the Venetian Harbor etc.

Other things to note: We kindly recommend, young kids to be under supervision for safety reasons.
The swimming pool is cleaned every Saturday and before check in.

Conditions et délais de paiement

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
