The house is located in a small neighborhood called "Agios Georgios" (St. George) with life during the day and tranquility at night. The neighborhood is 1km away from the village "Armeni" in Rethymno perfecture, Crete.You will find the house 20m after the Church of St. George, 10km from the city of Rethymno, 73km from Chania International Airport Ioannis Daskalogiannis and 58km from Souda (Chania) port.

Featuring accommodations with a private pool, garden view and a balcony, Rastoni home is located in Agios Georgios, Armeni, Rethymno, Crete. All rooms are air-conditioned.The villa is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, flat-screen smart TVs with satellite channels, a projector, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio with pool views.At the villa guests are welcome to use a jacuzzi. Guests can swim in the outdoor swimming pool, go hiking, or relax in the garden and use the grill facilities.Chania is 46.7 km from Rastoni home, while Rethymno is 8 km from the property. The nearest airport is Chania International Airport, 38.6 km from the accommodation.

Rastoni is a Greek word describing the summer slump, the much-needed relaxation, the unplugging from everyday routine, the refreshing calm.

Our beloved grandparent's house turned into a fresh, cozy, luxurious -but at the same time respectful of its history- two-apartments lodging, ready to host a relaxing and refreshing accommodation.Please take a minute to read the house rules at the end of this text. Check-in methods:
You can check in after 3pm in one of the following ways:

- Lock and unlock with a code using the door's keypad or through the Nuki App that you have to install on your smartphone (both the code and easy detailed instructions for the app will be sent to you a few days before your arrival and will be unique for your stay). You will also find physical keys inside the house.
- My co-host will wait for you in front of the building at the time of arrival you have declared (if it's until 11pm) to welcome you and give you the keys. In case of no appearance 90min after the declared time or if you arrive after 11pm, you can enter the house using the code or NUKI app (1).
In any of the above cases, my co-host will be available any time (on call) during your stay to assist in person. Also, in any of the above cases you will receive an entry code a few days before your arrival in case you prefer to use it during your stay instead of physical keys.Just let us know what works best for you.

House rules:

- Parties/events are not allowed.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
- To oblige with Greek law, you will need to provide us with your passport/ID details, a few days before your arrival. At least one guest must be over 18 years old.
- If the reservation is for 4 or fewer guests, there will be no access to Apartment 2. No other guest will stay there, the accommodation will be exclusively for you, however, Apartment 2 will be closed. In order to have access to Apartment 2, the reservation must be made for 5 or more guests.
- If you choose the check-in method (2), my co-host will wait for you in front of the building at the time of arrival you have declared to welcome you and give you the keys. In case of no appearance 90min after the declared time, you can enter the house using the code or NUKI app (1).
- SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE HOUSE or the smoke detector will be activated and THE ALARM WILL GET OFF. If you want to smoke, please use the balcony or the courtyard.
- The use of the pool and jacuzzi must be done with due care and observing the safety rules and taking into account the slipperiness of the floor due to water. It is recommended not to consume food/alcohol 3 hours before swimming.
- The use of the pool and jacuzzi by children should always be done under the supervision of an adult.
- Pool maintenance requires the presence of our specialized partner every about 3 days, who will need to be in the pool area for a maximum of 15-30 minutes.
- Please respect the quiet hours:
~ April 1 to September 30 (summer season): 3-5.30pm & 11pm to 7am
~ October 1 to March 31 (winter season): 3.30-5.30pm & 10pm to 7.30am

- Please make sure you have switched off the air-conditions and kitchen before you leave the house.
- Please do not use towels for de-makeup. Products for this purpose will be available in the house.
- Please use the waste bin to dispose of toilet paper.
- Please respect the house as if it was yours. It means a lot to us. Thank you deeply.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
