The outside area is a real highlight. It boasts a huge garden with ½ Basketball court and an infinity swimming pool, equipped with jets for hydro massage and complete with a waterfall. Guests can relax and unwind on the covered sea view terrace, with a barbecue and dining area. Private parking is available on the property.

Only recently newly built in 2016 and stylishly furnished, the villa features a generous living space of 180 m² and can accommodate up to eight guests.

There is a large open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area. The kitchen boasts a coffee maker, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and toaster. The dining area offers seating for up to eight people. There also is a cloakroom with a WC and sink.

Lower Ground (Pool Level)
On this floor you will find the master bedroom with an extra-large double bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom offers two single beds. There is a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. A small landing opens onto the pool area. A sofa bed in the living area can accommodate two additional guests.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
