Ce logement de vacances pour 14 personnes dispose de cinq salles de bains et de six chambres à coucher. Le logement de vacances est équipé de un feu ouvert et une TV (chaînes internationales). Indoor facilities
Villa Vega is built on a plot of 2000 sqm with a living space of 30 sqm. The villa consists of six bedrooms, with double-sized beds and smart TV, and five bathrooms. On the lower level, there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and on the upper level, there are the rest three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and a WC. Natural materials meet modern design for a calming atmosphere that is luxurious yet comfortable with every space designed to embrace the exterior environment. On the same level, there is also a living room with a satellite TV and windows that create the illusion of transparency, a dining room with seating for 8 persons, and a fully equipped kitchen with an extra dining table and a bar with stools. The kitchen is well-organized with all the electrical appliances.

Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area is spacious and comfortable. There is a 50m2 pool (4*12.5m) and the maximum depth is 1.40m. with sun loungers and umbrellas where you can sit back and relax under the hot sun. Also, there is a shaded dining area with seating for 12-14 guests and a gas BBQ where you can enjoy delicious meals with your friends and loved ones. Its beneficial location makes Villa Vega a unique destination as it is located in nature, only 15min drive from the beach. Also, it is 15min drive from the city of Chania. *Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility and the fee shall be paid in cash upon arrival.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

From 2024 there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is fifteen euros per night from April to October and four euros per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
