This is a family property built in the early 20th Century, and fully renovated with all the modern conveniences that someone expects to find in a house today. The property is fully air-conditioned with units in the living room the bedrooms and the ground level, and also provides Wi-Fi coverage throughout. It is divided in three levels:

The ground level
It contains a fully functional kitchen with a fireplace, a kitchen island, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, and all the cooking equipment you will need to cook a great meal. The basement also has a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. From this level, you may access the garden on the back side where you will also find a wood stove. At the end of the garden, you will find stairs leading to the parking area.

The basement
Accessible from the ground level through stairs, the basement is where the main entrance of the house is located. There is also a spacious living room with a large LED TV and views of the valley, one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a dining area with a second fireplace. Outside the entrance, there is a detached kitchen room with a fridge and cooking essentials.

The first floor
Accessible from the basement through stairs, the first floor gives access to two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with one single bed.

The area
The property is located in an area famous for its wineries; there are eight wineries that produce excellent wine and you can schedule visits to experience the authenticity of Cretan wine firsthand.

The proximity to the city of Heraklion (20 minutes) the Airport (25 minutes) and many beaches (Ammoudara to the north and Ledas and Tsoutsouras to the south, just to name a few) make Villa Elborgini a perfect spot for those who plan excursions or need access to a modern city’s services, but still want the peace and quiet of a village for their stay.
The property is situated in the heart of the village, within walking distance of local shops. The nearest pharmacy and clinic are located in Venerato village, just 1 kilometer from the village center. Mini markets are available in the village center of Kerasia and nearby Venerato, 1 kilometer away. Venerato is also home to traditional tavernas, where you can savor local dishes and enjoy authentic, local wine from the barrel.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
