Your oasis of well-being on Crete The detached villa with private pool for a maximum of 6 adults is located on the north-east coast of Crete on the hillside near the village of Hersonisos. From 2018 the pool can be heated on request !!! Here you live quietly and traditionally and yet you can be in Hersonissos in 20 minutes on foot if you feel like more hustle and bustle.

On the approximately 600 m² plot is also the private pool, and the well-kept garden with lush trees and Mediterranean-style planting. A natural stone wall with a fence around the garden ensures your privacy, but does not prevent you from enjoying a marvellous view over the unspoilt landscape as far as the sea. The pool can be used from April to October.

The house has two storeys and a basement. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with an open-plan kitchen and fireplace as well as a shower room. The furnishings are bright and in a rustic vintage style. The kitchen is fully equipped and practical, with Smart TVs with satellite reception in the living room for the evening programme. Each bedroom and the living/dining room have air conditioning. Additional ceiling fans in the bedrooms ensure a pleasant climate.

The nearest shops, bars and restaurants are just a five-minute walk away. Piskopiano, like the neighbouring villages of Koutouloufari and old Hersonissos, offers wonderful small, cosy and romantic tavernas where you can enjoy a fantastic view over the bay (as well as from the garden of your house). The harbour of Hersonissos is right at the foot of the dreamlike holiday villa. Numerous restaurants, bars and shops can be reached from here within 15 minutes. So you can opt for hustle and bustle and fun without being directly aware of it in your villa or even feeling disturbed. The island of Crete is known for its vibrant life and quickly captivates holidaymakers with its cheerfulness and joie de vivre. Friendly locals look after the well-being of holidaymakers and turn their activities into unforgettable moments. A visit to the beach can also be chosen according to your own ideas for your holiday. A busy and lively beach can be found directly below the bars. The beach is just a 25-minute walk from your villa in Piskopiano. If you prefer a romantic and quiet holiday, the bays of Sarandari are the perfect place for you. This is also a 25-minute walk from the villa. Nudism, tranquillity and romantic moments in the bays of Sarandari are enchanting and are particularly suitable for couples in love who have chosen East Crete for a romantic holiday in the dreamy holiday villa. For sporting activities in East Crete, holidaymakers can visit the golf course 1.5 kilometres from the holiday home, which is located right next to a large water park. Sports and games with a high fun factor are guaranteed with this excursion. Directly in Hersonissos at Starbeach, you can pass the time on East Crete with buggy jumping, on the go-kart track or with water sports of all kinds. To get to know the beauty of East Crete on horseback, we recommend a visit to the riding stables just two kilometres from the holiday villa. Riding along the beach offers picturesque views and allows you to discover the beauty of East Crete. Holidaymakers interested in history and culture should pay a visit to the Lychnostatis Museum in Hersonissos and the local museum in Piskopiano. The Palace of Malia, just seven kilometres from the holiday home on East Crete, also enchants visitors and transports them back to times long past. There are numerous caves in East Crete that are well worth a visit. The most famous caves such as Irini, Skotiono and Milatos are within easy reach of the holiday villa on East Crete and promise discoveries of breathtaking beauty. East Crete can be explored by boat directly from the harbour in Hersonissos. Trips to DIA and Sissi, for example, can be booked on a glass-bottom boat. A tennis court and picturesque hiking trails on East Crete can also be reached directly from the holiday villa and with the accommodation you have chosen a location which, thanks to its central location, makes excursions to the island's most beautiful destinations easy.

In the colder months, oil heating and wood for the fireplace are available. The house has two car parking spaces. 12 German channels can be received via the satellite system. The German caretakers live on the neighbouring property and can be reached quickly. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
