This new villa with a guest house and private pool is an impeccably designed villa and great care and can be seen in every detail. It is a high quality 3 bedroom villa with an independent guest house. Situated on the village of Kali Sykia, 8km from Plakias and can accommodate up to 8 people. It is quietly positioned and suitable for families and groups.Entering the villa, on the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, fireplace, a TV, the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of fixtures and appliances including. Additionally, a bathroom is found on the same floor. The open plan area opens the yard that leads to the pool area while has a fully equipped barbecue area.On the first floor there are three bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, TV, air condition and a balcony overlooking the pool and the mountain. The second and the third bedroom have two single beds each one (that can be joined to one bed), a TV, air condition and balcony. Also, on this floor there is a large terrace with outstanding panoramic views.Independent Guest HouseThe independent guest house is located next to the villa. The guest house consisting of a kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, the house has direct access to the swimming pool.

The villa has air-conditioned everywhere with electric shutters and also it has under floor heating, fire place that make it ideal also for the winter time.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
