Villa Elpida is an exclusive member of Holiways Villas! Falassarna is a seaside village on the West part of Crete in the Kissamos Prefecture about 59km west of Chania. It hosts some of the most famous beaches in Crete of various lengths, all facing the West (which makes it a wonderful place to watch the sunset from). The waters are very clean with lovely turquoise colours because of the sandy bottom. The exotic main long sandy beach of Falassarna which is called Pachia Ammos has been awarded the blue flag beach and as one of the ten best beaches in Europe many times in the past. It is listed as Nature 2000 due to the wide variety of flora and fauna, which is a place with gorgeous natural beauty. The beaches are well organized with many umbrellas, a few snack bars, cafes, and a lot of water sports. From the archaeological side, in the area, there are the remains of a fortified Hellenistic harbour. Because of a sudden uplift of the West of Crete 1500 years ago, the harbour is now located inland.

The total number of rooms for the whole complex is 20 and the guests can book as villas as they wish based on the number of guests that travel with them.

Indoor facilities
Step inside Villa Elpida, finding a stylish interior that matches the enchanting surrounding of the area. Minimal yet ultimately comfortable, the main living room features large windows gazing at outstanding views of the natural landscape and the Mediterranean Sea. The kitchen is equipped with modern electrical appliances. Five spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are comfortably dominated by the two floors offering moments of serenity and privacy for all its guests. One bedroom with a double size bed is located on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The rest bedrooms are located on the first floor two with double-size beds and two with twin-size beds with ensuite bathrooms and a balcony with a sea view.

The villa comes complete with an outdoor swimming pool, a BBQ, and a wooden dining table. Take advantage to visit the crystal and turquoise waters of the famous beach of Falassarna within a small driving distance. Don’t miss the parking space for your vehicles! *Heated pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27°C depending on weather conditions. We request 3-4 days' advance notice for this facility.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

From 2024 there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is fifteen euros per night from April to October and four euros per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
