Getting at The Beach House by car or bus is easy, 30 min away from Chania. Within walking distance, you can find nice taverns, cafés, and various shops. Nowadays, one can still find the many centuries old monastery Panagia Odigitria that played a significant role in the history of Crete. For more fun and culture, visitors should visit Chania’s Old Harbour and its Archaeological Museum of Chania to admire a wide collection of Minoan artefacts. Samaria is the biggest gorge in Europe that fascinates the nature-lovers, starting from the White Mountains and ending up to the Libyan sea.
