Xirokampi is a village that it is located about 20 kilometres from the Chania City Center. In this place, you could relax and enjoy the serenity that the area offers to the guests. The beach of Maleme is located 4 kilometres away from the villa and the close by facilities are located 4 kilometres away. The calmness and nature will absolutely make you feel tranquil.

Villa Aglaea is set on one floor, covering 157 sq.m. in total and it accommodates 6 guests in its 3 ensuite bedrooms. Sleek, monochrome and practical, combining the wooden element with the earthy stone, Villa Aglaea invokes a sense of calm, something that makes staying here feel like a proper treat! Entering through its airy open-plan living space, you will be amazed by how the contemporary and fresh interior balances neutral tones, and hues of beige with textures creating the perfect spot for you and your loved ones. The lounge area wraps around the fireplace and the 55” Smart Satellite TV includes a sofa seating large enough for the entire family or friends. Unfolding across one floor, the large windows create a bright, airy living space waiting for you while in the meantime, a few steps further a fully equipped kitchen is found. The same area consists of three bedrooms, spread all over the left side of the villa, with en-suite bathrooms all with showers, adequate for you and your loved ones after a long day in the sun. Not far from this area, there is an extra communal WC, which is suitable for every guest here. There are two yoga mattresses for yoga lovers.

Outdoor facilities
It's true bliss in a plot of 1087 sqm! You could not find one thing out of place here! A 40 sqm swimming pool with salt water awaits you and your kids soak up the Cretan sun in the lounge area or snuggle up in the sumptuous sofas. This is a fuss-free spot, where under the pergola in the BBQ area preparing the food could be as fun as eating it. The private terrace gives you the chance to host your own soirees in privacy, on special occasions for friends and family. The breathtaking views all over the area of Xirokambi, complete the idyllic scene and give you the chance to celebrate the beauty of Cretan living. Safe to say that there is a parking space for 3 cars.

From 2024 there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is fifteen euros per night from April to October and four euros per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
