Ce logement de vacances pour 12 personnes dispose de quatre salles de bains et de sept chambres à coucher. Le logement de vacances est équipé de un feu ouvert et un lecteur DVD. En outre, il y a appareils de fitness, un airco, un balcon, une terrasse, un barbecue, une piscine (privé) et un jardin (clôturé). Vous pouvez stationner votre voiture sur un parking (couvert). La salle de bains est dotée de une douche.

Location:Let's take you away to your own private Garden of Eden! The luxurious country house is built in the middle of an overgrown property with vineyards, olive trees, many fruit trees and flowers. The distance from the road ensures absolute peace, tranquility and privacy. The village of Agios Kirykos, in which the estate is located, is famous for its vineyards and olive groves, as well as the whole area where the most famous wineries of the island are located. There you can buy the finest wine bottles. The estate itself has a rich history, over the past 200 years, of local grape variety production from which some of the most delicious Zakynthian wines are still made in traditional ways. In the village the national poet, Dionysios Solomos - who is one of the most important poets in the world - inspired some of his most famous erotic poems. The environment in the estate is idyllic, the view to the surroundings simply wonderful and the climate very friendly to the visitor. The Mediterranean nature in the estate shows its most affectionate face as if it is eager only to delight the traveler.

Outdoor area:The veranda of 235sqm is covered, has a dining table and a fantastic view over the pool, the lawn playground under the olive trees and the tennis court. The villa has its own independent, gorgeous infinity 120sqm pool with open-air hydro-massage.Next to the pool a large roofed BBQ is built, with dining tables for 14 persons.The terrace around the pool, ideal for events, is 600sqm.The tennis court with lighting, thus permitting playing at night, awaits you to enjoy endless hours of carefree play. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
