The villa is located within walking distance from Afandou village, close to all kinds of conveniences such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and car rentals. The villa is quite close to the cleanest beach of the island, Afandou beach, in only a 5-minute drive or a 13-minute walk. The crystal-clear blue water of the sea deepens abruptly as you walk in, making swimming exciting and enjoyable. The villa is also close to some of the best beaches of the island close to Afantou beach. You can also find the golf course on the island. Along with this beautiful beach, visitors can find coffee shops and bars serving cold drinks, as well as restaurants serving fish and traditional food. The villa is also close to the best beach on the island Tsampika only a 10-minute drive. This beach stretches over 1 km and combines soft, golden sand with crystal clear and shallow waters. For those who want to do some sightseeing during their holidays. Rhodes city and the old town are found at a driving distance of 30 minutes. One of the double-bedded rooms has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. One bedroom doesn’t have air-conditioning. There is another bathroom with a bathtub and a WC. Guests will find a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, suitable for every meal preparation accompanied by a seating area. Also, there is a living room with a smart TV where you can relax. Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
