The luxuriously furnished flats with double bed and 2 single beds, kitchen, bathroom, large terrace or balcony can accommodate up to 4 people. The beach is only 150 metres away. Tavernas, cafeterias and shopping facilities are within walking distance. The marina and the centre of Nikiti Beach are 600 metres away. The large beach promenade of Nikiti invites you to take long walks in the evening. The resort is ideal for families with children, due to its quiet location, the swimming pool with children's area and the large children's playground. All infrastructural facilities are within walking distance.

The traditional Greek village of Nikiti is located in the centre of the Sithonia peninsula and has the typical flair of a Greek fishing village with its old stone houses, winding alleyways with traditional "kafenions" and fish tavernas. Nikiti and the surrounding area are known for the green pine forests, the numerous small bays with beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear water and for the local specialities such as honey, olive oil, fish and wine. Nikiti has developed into the centre of Sithonia and has all the infrastructure facilities such as banks, post office, supermarkets, tavernas, medical centres, weekly market and is also lively all year round. At the newly built marina, boat owners offer inexpensive day trips.
