The Garden Beach Resort built in 2016 lies in a green oasis with olive trees and palm trees. The beach is only 150 metres away. Tavernas, cafeterias, shopping facilities are within walking distance. The yacht harbour and the centre of Nikiti Beach are 600 metres away. The big beach promenade at Nikiti invites you to go on long strolls in the evening. The resort is ideal for families with children, owing to its quiet location, the swimming pool with a kids’ area and the big children’s playground.

There is a big garden with a pool, deckchairs and garden furniture. Parking spaces are available.

The studios comprise a double bed with bedside tables, a wardrobe, a suitcase rack and a desk. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, shower cubicle, hairdryer and toiletries. All the studios have quiet inverter air conditioning units, satellite TV and Wi-Fi with strong reception. The front doors are fitted with safety locks and card systems.

The traditional Greek village Nikiti is in the centre of the Sithonia peninsula and has the typical flair of a Greek fishing village with its old stone houses, winding alleys with traditional ‘kafenions’ and fish tavernas. Nikiti and its surroundings are known for the green of its pine forests, its many little bays with fabulous sandy beaches and crystal clear water, and for the local specialities such as honey, olive oil, fish and wine. Nikiti has become the centre of Sithonia and has a range of amenities such as banks, a post office, supermarkets, tavernas, medical centres, a weekly market and it is vibrant all year round. The newly built yacht harbour has boat owners offering well-priced day trips.
