There is a place, among the hills of Abruzzo, where time slows down and the air smells of seasons and

This place is called Quercia Grande, and it is our holiday home nestled in the countryside of Casoli, a village that proudly guards its traditions, its history and a simple but powerful beauty. Just a ten-minute walk from the historic centre, you will already find yourself surrounded by greenery and enveloped in regenerating tranquillity. The house is located in a sunny and quiet area, with large windows that make it bright and naturally ventilated. It is the perfect place to wake up in the morning light, listen to the silence, breathe deeply and be enveloped in peace. The spacious and cosy flat measures approximately 100 square metres and is located on the first floor of a small villa with a separate entrance. Each room has been furnished with love and attention to detail, blending modern comforts and authentic atmospheres. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, the spacious and bright living room invites you to relax, and the two double bedrooms overlook the greenery with balconies ideal for a morning coffee. The two bathrooms - one with bathtub, the other with shower - offer practicality and comfort. There is also a versatile room, perfect as a children's bedroom, study or reading corner. The corridor connects the rooms with natural light and warm, colourful furnishings. The attic leads to a private roof terrace, a private corner ideal for sunbathing or enjoying dinner under the stars. The garden, shared and shaded by a large oak tree, is perfect for relaxing, reading, playing or having a barbecue. Inside, a small attic loft offers a cosy space, ideal for those seeking a quiet retreat or a moment to themselves.

A short walk away is the Castello Ducale di Casoli, a fascinating mediaeval witness to Gabriele D'Annunzio: his room can still be visited, with original writing on the walls. Not far away, Lake Casoli reflects the surrounding hilly landscape and is perfect for picnics, photographic walks or moments of contemplation.
Trekking enthusiasts can explore Palena, a small village carved into the rock, surrounded by paths, waterfalls and wilderness. Guardiagrele, one of the most charming villages in the region, amazes with its historical architecture and local flavours, including the famous 'Tre Monti' cake. In less than an hour's drive, it is possible to reach Atessa, Chieti with its museums and cultural traditions, or the Majella mountains, which in summer offer trekking and hermitages to explore, and in winter snowy panoramas and ski slopes.
To complete the picture, just twenty minutes away is the Costa dei Trabocchi, with its free beaches, hidden coves and restaurants suspended over the water, where the sea meets tradition. The Majella National Park offers unique natural experiences, such as the Grotta del Cavallone, one of the highest in Europe, accessible by cable car up to 1,388 metres. It is an evocative place, also known for being the setting of D'Annunzio's tragedy 'La figlia di Iorio' (Iorio's daughter).
Casoli is a village surrounded by olive trees, famous for its extra virgin olive oil. The cooperative
Olivicola Casolana cultivates around 150,000 olive trees on a plateau at the foot of the Majella, providing a landscape that smells of earth and history.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
