The structure can accommodate up to twelve people, offering generous and well-distributed spaces: each
flat is spread over one hundred square metres, with bright rooms, furnished with care and equipped with every service. Guests have a total of five bedrooms at their disposal, four of which are doubles and one with two single beds, ideal for children or friends. In Quercia Grande there is also an additional room, versatile and quiet, perfect as a study or relaxation area. The three bathrooms, well distributed between the two flats, include spacious showers, a traditional bathtub and even a Jacuzzi for those who wish to treat themselves to a moment of pure well-being. Accessibility is guaranteed for all thanks to the total absence of architectural barriers in the ground floor flat, making the villa welcoming even for guests with reduced mobility. The two fully equipped kitchens make it possible to prepare lunches and dinners on a daily basis, perhaps to be enjoyed together in the spacious living areas where one can relax, chat or simply enjoy the time that passes slowly. Outside, the three-hundred-square-metre private garden invites you to slow down, between reading in the shade of the oak tree, barbecues with friends or games for the little ones.
