This is a spacious holiday flat with five rooms, which can accommodate a maximum of six people. It is located in the centre of Orsogna, a picturesque town in Abruzzo.

All three rooms have small balconies, some of which overlook the central square of the town. There are also two balconies on the first floor. This means that the entire flat always receives plenty of light. A special feature is the small, secluded outdoor area (Piazzaletto) in front of the house, where tables and chairs can be set up to enjoy the coolness of the evening. Thanks to the central location of the flat, numerous shops and services (grocery shop, butcher's shop, pharmacy, pizzeria, bar and much more) are in the immediate vicinity or within walking distance. There is a large public car park opposite.

The living area of the accommodation is 200 sqm on three levels. On the first floor there is a kitchen-dining room and a living room. The bright and modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, 50 litre freezer, gas cooker with oven, toaster and dishwasher. Of course all other kitchen utensils and crockery are also available in sufficient quantities. There is space for all guests to enjoy their meals sitting at the large dining table. The living room has a comfortable sofa and another dining table with four chairs. A piano is also available for musical guests. In the attic above, created by further renovation, is the sleeping area with a total of three bedrooms, a beautiful double room (bed size: 160 x 190 cm) and two comfortable rooms with two single beds (bed size: 80 x 190 cm). On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower, bidet and WC, as well as a guest bathroom. A laundry room with washing machine is also at your disposal.
