The holiday home is situated in a quiet location in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine mountains (province of Bologna), the nearest town is Porretta Terme.

In front of the entrance there is a covered terrace, from which there is access to the completely fenced garden of about 500 square metres. In the warmer months, various garden furniture is available, so you can dine al fresco, relax on deck chairs or in a hammock and admire the magnificent view of the mountains. A children's pool is also available free of charge on request. About 80 metres from the house is a car park where you can park your car free of charge.

The detached house has a living area of approximately 95 square metres, spread over two floors. There are two separate bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bidet. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything necessary for cooking as well as a dining table. Both rooms are furnished with double beds (180 × 210 cm) and an extra bed can be added for a child (up to 11 years). In the living room, you can sit comfortably on the sofa, watch TV or sit together at the round table. The style of the interior decoration is typical for this area. All rooms are heated. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and outside.

The nearest grocery shop is about 800 metres away. There is much to discover in the surroundings, which are ideal for various activities. Just a ten-minute drive from the house are the thermal baths of Porretta, the castle of Rocchetta Mattei and the regional park of the lakes of Suviana and Brasimone. After booking, the owner will provide you with information material with valuable tips for exploring this beautiful area between the cities of Bologna, Florence and Pistoia. GPS tracks and guided excursions for mountain biking and trekking are also available. In winter, it is possible to ski in the nearby Corno alle Scale (up to 2000 m). At any time of year, a trip to Bologna (60 km) or Florence (65 km) is recommended.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
